RULES FOR TEAM EVENTS 
CLASSES OPEN TO ALL. PRE ENTRIES ONLY FOR CLASSES 1-4.
CLASSES JUDGED UNDER RRC RULES.  
CLASSES 1-4 WILL BE PHASE 2. 
TEAM & INDIVIDUAL ROSETTES TO SIXTH PLACE. 
TEAMS OF FOUR MEMBERS WITH BEST THREE SCORES TO COUNT.  
TEAMS WILL JUMP IN DRAWN ORDER.
ENTRIES CLOSE FRIDAY 27TH JUNE. 


ENTRY FEES: £24.00 per team  £6.00 per individual.

Late entries on the day if space warrants. 

WITHDRAWALS;
These must be  made in writing by 27TH June together with the 
appropriate Doctors or Vets  certificate in  order for 
Entry fees to be refunded (Less 50p to cover expenses)

CLASS 5 	LEAD REIN RIDER Mare or gelding,4yrs & Over.Not ex 128cms. 
		Riders not to have reached their 9th birthday by 1.1.08.To be shown in a snaffle bride, and 			lead rein attached to noseband only. 
CLASS 6 	MOUNTAIN & MOORLAND RIDDEN Small or Large Breeds.(Split if entries warrant) 
CLASS 7 	COLOURED RIDDEN Including Dun,Palomino,Spotted and Roan. 
CLASS 8 	RIDING CLUB HORSE/PONY (Split if entries warrant) 
CLASS 9 	RIDING HORSE/HUNTER/COB 
CLASS 10 	VETERAN RIDDEN     15 yrs and over.

RING 4 WORKING HUNTER 10.00AM  

WORKING HUNTER CLEAR ROUND.
Will run from 10.00am until 11.00am no entries will be take after 10.45am. 
Rosettes to all clears enter on the day £4.00. 

CLASS 17 	NURSERY STAKES (also open to lead rein) 
		Ponies 13hh and under and riders not to have reached their 
  		12th Birthday by 1.1.08. Height 1ft 6into 1ft 9in 
CLASS 18 	NOVICE STAKES- As above but open to Horses/Ponies any Height, and riders any age. 
CLASS 19 	WORKING HUNTER 2ft – 2ft 3in. Riders any age. Horse  /Pony any height. 
CLASS 20 	WORKING HUNTER 2ft 3in-2ft 6in. Rules as above. 
CLASS 21 	WORKING HUNTER 2ft 6in-2ft 9in. Rules as above. 
Rosettes 1st-6th plus specials. Classes only split if entries warrant. 

Entries : Classes 5-16 Members £4.50 Non Members £5.50 
    Classes 17-21 Members £5.00 Non Members £6.00 

GENERAL RULES 
The judges decision will be final including  places  in classes. Objections must be made  in writing to the show secretary  accompanied by a deposit of £5 within one  hour of the  alleged incident  taking place. Should the objection be deemed to be frivolous or unfounded,  the deposit shall be forfeited.  The show committee  reserves  the  right to cancel or promptly alter any class without stating a reason. No entry fee refunded unless the show or class is cancelled, in which case 70% will be refunded. 

HATS 
Everyone whether a competitor or not when mounted, must wear protective headwear which  includes a permanently fitted, non detachable retaining harness  secured to the shell at more than two points. BRC recommends  PAS015 which provides  the greatest protection. All hats prefixed Se1 or ASTM  are acceptable. The new minimum  standard will be EN1384. The committees  decision  shall be final regarding all other matters. 

BACK PROTECTORS 
All cross country  competitors must wear protectors  to the Beta standard.  Level  3  &  must be preferable worn on the outside  in future. 

LEGAL LIABILITY 
Neither the club or any persons acting on its behalf will accept liability for any loss, damage or illness to ponies, horses, riders, spectators or any person. Dogs must be held on a leash at all times. All vehicles are parked at the owners risk. The organisers of this event have taken reasonable PRECAUTIONS  TO ENSURE  THE HEALTH & SAFETY  OF EVERYONE PRESENT. For these measures to be effective everyone  must take all reasonable  precautions to avoid & prevent accidents  occurring  & must obey the instructions of the organisers & all officials & stewards. 

NO CANTERING  ON THE FIELD  EXCEPT  IN WARM UP AREAS.
